Hi pressure sales experience. I gave them 2 stars because they have a descent amount of stock and a nice showroom. Sales person wanted 2 forms of ID from me when I visited in person before he would give me a price. Buyer beware.

One of the top signs of terrible customer service is the fact that they don’t interact with a negative review. They just want to ignore it. I inquired about picking up a motorcycle listed on cycle trader for 3200 and told the salesman I needed a total price out the door as I would be coming in from Texas to pick it up. That would require certified funds obviously. Instead, he gave me a verbal estimate of “about 4500“ I told him I didn’t think that could possibly be correct since I would not be paying Louisiana tax title or license or a registration fee since all of that would be taken care of by me personally in my home state. I asked him how it could possibly run more than 1000 above the asking price and he told me it was “dealer fees“ considering dealer freight is around 220 and dealer prep shouldn’t be more than about 250 on a dirtbike, what are they charging customers for at this Kawasaki dealership? When I asked for an explanation he again said it was just the dealer fees. And then I told him he could hold onto his bike if that was the case and he said no we won’t and hung up on me. Halls motorsports must be doing enormous amounts of business to be able to just blow off a cash customer coming in with certified funds. If you are lucky enough to ever get a job in motorcycles, hopefully you get a job at halls. That way you can be rude to customers and you’ll still sell all your motorcycles with extra undisclosed fees and make a mad living doing it.

The atmosphere there is very friendly and the service is great. I could really appreciate the attitude of the employee that worked with me- very helpful and informative. I give Hall's Motorsports a thumps up

To bad there is a no star review. F this place horrible customer service. The salesman hung up on me because I asked about the prep and freight. Three bikes is what I was interested in buying for my family and I. I guess I’ll go spend my money at NOLA Power Sports.

TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH BUSINESS. QISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I GUESS THE VOLUME OF SALES IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN GOOD CUSTOMERS BUSINESS. BUT I BOUGHT THE BIKE ANYWAYS BECAUSE I DID MY HOMEWORK. I WAS THERE TWENTY MINUTES ON INITIAL VISIT BEFORE A SALES PERSON APPROACHED ME.( ALSO AT NO POWERSPORTS)! I GUESS I WASNT DRESSED TO SPEND! SECOND VISIT (TO THEIR COMPETITION ALSO) MY EXPERIENCE WAS TEN TIMES BETTER! SHAMEFUL, BUT I ROLLED WITH THE DICE! I KNEW WHAT I WANTEF! RETURD AFTER LURCHASE FOR INSPECTION THE SERVICE AASSOCIATE, TALKEF ABOUT A CUSTOMERS WHICH WAS ME! He didn't have to lie to kick it, but out the door I went! RATHER TRAVEL TO GONZALEZ
