We decided to get the floors redone in our entire house (except the bathrooms and laundry room) and were very nervous about the decisions we were going to make on such a large project. We got several bids from flooring contractors and looked all over the Metroplex at flooring showrooms to figure out what type of flooring we wanted. When we walked in to Zach's showroom, it was completely low-pressure and we could take as many samples as we wanted home without leaving any sort of deposit. When Zach came to our house to measure the floors, he took his time and explained everything that would be included in the bid and answered all of our questions. He kept us informed in the weeks to come about our flooring delivery and accommodated around our vacation when it came to scheduling the project. When it came time for the flooring to be installed, the All American crew was fantastic. Since we were doing the entire house, they moved all of our furniture around, demoed the old floor, leveled our floor (it needed a lot of leveling...) and installed the new floor in four days. They worked long hours to get the project done quickly without inconveniencing us as much as possible. The crew was respectful and kept the work area as clean as you can when you're demoing and installing flooring. We couldn't be happier with our new floors and the installation and highly recommend Zach and All American Flooring for flooring projects.

My wife and I decided to replace the flooring throughout our entire house with the exception of just a couple bathrooms and a mud room. The project was quite daunting until we went to All American Flooring. They were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish and the end result was amazing. So, because we had such a positive experience we also decided to have our kitchen cabinet doors replaced. Zach was very helpful in getting the project started, and then his cabinet maker Juan stepped in to actually build the doors to our liking. We chose Shaker style doors and they came out beautifully. We even had a couple extra built-ins that required custom sizing and they came out equally wonderful. Lastly, Erik the carpenter came out for final painting and installation and his workmanship and the final results came out nothing short of amazing, too. The entire team at All American Flooring from start to completed project were professional, thoughtful, conscientious and thorough in all of their work and interaction with me and my wife. We are so thrilled with their work that we are now in the process of selecting countertops and backsplash tile through the incredible selection of styles offered by All American Flooring to make our kitchen remodel complete.
My wife and I debated for some time on what type of floor was best suited for our home. We got several estimates from some of the biggest flooring companies. We were fortunate to walk into the All American Flooring and meet Zack. He took the time to describe in details the pros and cons of all flooring for our needs. We settled on tile and we got a great price on a stunning wood planks tile design. The installers were really above the best. The carefully moved all the furniture and went on to a first class installation. Our new floor made our home into a model home and our house in now better than new. We are going back to All American before Christmas to get carpet installed in our three remaining bedrooms. We have never been happier with any other purchase. Thanks to Zack, the great installers, and the whole crew at AAF....
Outstanding experience with All American Flooring! Their selection was impressive and their tile is higher quality than Lowe's and Home Depot. The service we received from Zack was great - he was knowledgeable and helpful. And the price great too. The store location was convenient and the tile was ready for pick up just as promised. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for flooring now that I've discovered AAF. I recommend them to everyone.
