This company was recommended by my son. We were in desperate need for fast service at our Irving home. We’ve heard stories of other companies not responding quickly but THIS COMPANY responded promptly. I was told I could have a tech between 6-8pm. I received a call within and hour to say the tech would arrive within 35 minutes which was 2 1/2 hours sooner than planned. Trevor Peters was our tech. . He was very courteous and quickly gave me an estimate for both new and repair. Everything was explained without question. He got right to work without delay. The garage door works perfect and sounds great- like a new door. I highly recommend this company and Trevor for repairs or installs. He is a hard working young man.

I'm a home builder and have been using FCD for 5 years now and they recently changed installers and it shows.......TERRIBLY. They left this mess at one of my custom homes and never bothered to tell me anything about it until I mentioned it to them. The crew who initially installed the garage door came back to \touch up\ their mess the next day and made it look hideous. I called and spoke to a supposed supervisor who was not willing to compensate me for having to call my guys to re-texture and paint the areas they messed up. Nothing christian about this company, they're crooks.
We had Trevor Peters come out to our home in Roanoke to repair our garage door. We had an issue with it late at night and Trevor made his way out within an hour and handled everything great. Gave us options for our solution as well as his own recommendations and we extremely happy with his work and quality of service. He even brought treats for our cat!!! CAT TREATS!! (the cats pushing pretty hard for the honorable mention here) So in summary, Trevor and his partner Lilly tied down the job great, and I would absolutely recommend his service if you have the need. 10/10!
I tried calling several times and I left a voicemail. It's been about 10 hours now with no response. I understand if you're not truly open 24 hours or you're not open on Sunday, but please update your hours. I am moving on to find someone else who can help.
