My experience with Olympic Restoration and in particular my interactions with everyone including - Nancy (front office) and Darren and Ross (in the field) were outstanding. This is a top notch organization, trustworthy, kind and compassionate. They took the time, they patiently answered every question I had, they were not pushy about anything. They were fair on pricing and options and they operate with the client in mind, first and foremost. I only hope that more businesses, particularly those in the field of home care, repair and mitigation would operate with the pure class of this group. Thank you all for being outstanding professionals.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Polite people at all levels. Tyler explained what they could do with our attic insulation inquiry and was upfront and helpful. He gave us options and allowed us to make the best decision for OUR needs. The crew that did the work were great. They finished the job ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the entire experience.

We had an excellent experience with Olympic Restoration Systems. Our first meeting was with Ross, System Specialist. He is knowledgable, professional and polite. He explained how Crawl Space Encapsulation works and the benefits of the system in relation to our project. He provided us with a detailed Project Summary including a Product List, Project Details and Warranty information. He very kindly worked through some changes we requested. Our project foreman was Stephen. He explained in detail what would be happening each day on the job. He made sure the floors and walls were protected at the beginning of each day and cleaned before leaving for the day. Stephen was an excellent communicator. He took pictures of the project as they worked and showed me the progress. He also made some recommendations for changes to our original plan, which we appreciated. The Production/Service Manager, Thomas, also visited our home to check on the crew and work-in-progress. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and checking-in with us to make sure the project was moving along as planned. Crawl Space Encapsulation is messy work! The crew didn't have a lot of room to maneuver under our house. It was dark and cold and muddy under there. We never heard a complaint. We never saw an unhappy face. Stephen and his crew were the best we could have asked for in a team!
I spoke with several mold remediation companies at the request of my insurance company (after their denial of my claim) but never felt comfortable with them and went back to my original contact - Olympic Restoration Systems to perform remediation of a mold issue which had developed in a closet and adjacent shower/tub. The estimate was fair, work was performed perfectly, and on time. Kudos to the remediation team - Jimmy and especially Darrell and Tim who finished the job by themselves. Not only were they professional and efficient but personable and with great customer relations as well. Thank you for job well done in a timely manner.
