Had my new Truck detailed, i’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue, until now! I witnessed the person take my Truck from the vacuum area to the wash area, I saw him trying to remove my Antenna with pliers, of course he chewed the Antenna with those pliers real good and left it like that! Use the proper tool such as an adjustable wrench, not pliers!! Now I have to buy a new Antenna for 35.00 dollars! Use the proper tools!!

Been going here a while always happy and still am. I have one thing I'd wish they would do. And that's roll window down a little and wipe the top part of glass. Then roll up and wipe windows. But other than that you guys do a great job. Never have I been unsatisfied. Keep up the good work. Thank you and God bless
I loved it! They detailed the inside and washed and dried the outside. All in 20 minutes! I'll definitely be back.
*Update* I forgot to mention yesterday that my car was the last car of the day, and the employees had already stayed late to try to finish it. These errors were minor in my opinion, but I wanted to give a full and honest review. I took it up to Tony's today and spoke to the manager. I pointed out all the missed spots. He was wonderful. Apologized and immediately jumped on it himself. I would definitely come back. Changed to 5 star rating. Took my car there today. 110 for interior detail. They did a decent job, but missed entire sections. Front of the driver's seat, center console, spot on the passenger seat, under the 3rd row seat, cup holders for the 3rd row seat, didn't wipe out the metal hooks for the 2nd row seats. Don't know if they are supposed to do the roof, but they didnt. One section they missed did have me laughing from the look on their faces. If your seats fold up, down, and into the vehicle, please make sure they are aware. My 2nd and 3rd row do this. I folded one of the 2nd row seats up, so they knew to pull the seats up. for the 3rd row, I left if it the folded down position, so they knew the seat folded. They didn't realize the 3rd row also folds into the vehicle to make a flat surface. I drive with that third row folded into the car usually. When I folded it into the car, they realized they missed the entire backside of the 3rd tow. The looks on their faces was priceless. We all laughed about it. They quickly apologized and jumped on it to clean it. I didn't catch all the other spots until I got home and went over everything. They also left paperwork for some Apple products with a handwritten note about Amazon on the paperwork. We don't own Apple products, so I know it's not ours. I am going to call tomorrow or try to get back up there to see if they can fix all the missed spots. Will update review then.
