We have Wally too. He is prompt and courtesy and just a cool guy. He is really quick to answer questions and goes beyond his duties to make sure we are happy. We don't even spend very much with Unifirst but he makes me feel like we are one of his top customers.

Not the U1st time this will happen, but several times. How does clothing even make it to the customer like this? The pants were delivered to us with bleach stains and holes. Don't they have quality check, and the driver to make the last call... Would you wear pants like this to be seen in front of customers?
