I ordered a sewer shut valve a few months early from United rv center for an experiment on my Y connection. Well it worked out so well I decided to order another. This time around there was server weather storms passing through TX. I had no idea since I don't watch the news anymore! Still the team at United RV Center was able to process and ship my order in a timely fashion. They could have used plenty of excuses not to have it shipped and delivered on time but there was none of that. The price was right, the support team was wonderful, and I'm happy. This will not be the last time I use United RV Center.

Winterizing a 2017 Flagstaff Superlite. I decided that with consecutive freezing days I should do a complete winterization. Pulling my notes from last year's winterization class Jim provided, I began the challenge. Got the filter off and empty, anode rod and hot water heater drained. But which way do these 4 valves that feed the water turn? Wait, I'll watch YouTube. After lots of ads and various different configurations, no luck. Okay...I'll call United RV Center. During the conversation the gentleman also told me to open the low point drains. (Huh? What are those? I didn't do that last year.) I crawled under the RV and scooted from front to back searching for the hoses he referenced and didn't see them. I reluctantly texted Jim from United, as I know he is probably flooded with questions and I hated to bother him. He assured me that the RV had low point drains somewhere and each RV is different. As I went to crawl back under, this time back to front, I looked down and saw this sticker slightly hidden by my electric cable and never noticed in the 18 months I've had my camper. Don't I feel silly! Low and behold, there the hoses are hidden in the crack of the camper belly and side wall! I still haven't found the fresh water low point drain but since I've never used the fresh water tank I'm not so concerned about it. I just want to give a shout out to the man that answered at United RV and to Jim for being patient with me and guiding me to ensure my RV was properly winterized and protected so that I may enjoy my next adventure! ️ you guys and thanks again!

I am very pleased with the purchase and experience in making the purchase with United RV. I spoke with Terri Dean over the phone where she explained to me all relevant information about the item needed and a out placing the order on line. A very nice experience in placing an order. Additionally, after placing the order I quickly received confirmation. Finally I couldn't believe how quick I received it. Ordered on Thursday 1/28 and received on Sunday 1/31.

Working with Kevin McCollum has been great. He has provided excellent customer service and taken care of all my orders quickly and accurately. I am shopping from Kansas and he has made it incredibly easy. Highly recommend! Thanks

I was given great advice on my roof vents and informed on how an air leak and water leak I have on my 2 year old camper is repaired. They offered to do the repairs, but I'm a DYI Guy. However, they walked me thru the process and suggested I use the same materials the factory uses.. I bought two smoke colored Air-Max vent covers, two tubes of sealant and cleaner/activator. I went home and watched the YouTube video on how to install and make the repairs. With the advice from the guys at United RV Center, I installed the vents in 30 minutes. The air and water leak on the roof was repaired in about an hour. To anyone thinking about vent covers, do it! I should have put the vent covers on when I bought it and I'll put them on anything I buy in the future. They even gave me a discount at the register. I bought two tubes of sealant, the cleaner/activator and the two roof vent covers. Oh, and just so you know the vent covers come with all the brackets and hardware you need to mount them.
