Haly Oil is a company of great integrity! I have used them for 25 years and every technician has been professional & knowledgeable. My favorite tech is Carl as he is kind and very knowledgeable. I would and have recommended Haly Oil and Great Valley Propane to others!

Haly Oil Service department is truly “Outstanding” especially their Manager Rebecca!!! She will go all out for the customer in getting the best service possible! I been with them many years as a customer and I can’t say enough about them!!! Thank you!!
WARNING: After purchasing a service contact from Haly (at 209), I ran into an issue over the weekend with no heat. A tech came out and reset the power to the unit. I was surprised to receive a 158 bill the next day: 79 for coming out (despite the service contract) and an additional 79 for the work performed (turning off and on the power.) Can you imagine if you called an IT help desk or Apple and they asked you to restart your computer and sent you that kind of bill, especially when you paid for a service contract such as AppleCare? So all in all, I spent 209 79 79 to essentially have someone (albeit politely) push the reset button. What made the experience even more difficult was the way that the customer service representative Rebecca handled my call. She essentially argued with me from the minute the call started, telling me customers just don't understand their service contracts, that customers lie about how long technicians work on a project and that she has a GPS tracker device to prove them wrong, and that I should be grateful that my 79 call out fee was discounted from what could have been 189 without a contract. When I proposed she meet me half way given how incredibly easy it was to fix the problem, perhaps charging 79 instead of 158, she wouldn't budge. Instead she passive aggressively suggested I look around at other companies. So....I did, and quickly found another company that charges 0 to come out for emergencies (naturally) and they even made an upgrade to my system for free. They are also more highly rated and affordable than Haly. So, I agree with Rebecca, shop around a bit. This is all AFTER last winter, when Haly failed, and let my oil run out despite being on their auto-delivery \guaranteed\ plan. The world of oil heating is a slowly dying breed, and my guess is Haly will be one of the first to go, unless they quickly figure out how to better serve their customers.
Why did you not inform your customers when you sold off their oil and service contracts to CBO, Central Bucks Oil ???? One Problem after the other. Very dysfunctional company. Read reviews concerning all the problems. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
This business has the kindest, most wonderful employees. I cannot emphasize this enough: every single time I've spoken to someone on the phone, they have the absolute greatest customer service and make every call so pleasant and helpful. We were first time home owners trying to find an oil and propane supplier and Haly answered all of my questions when I was overwhelmed with patience, kindness, and respect. They have great prices and have made this part of home ownership so extremely positive. I could not recommend them more!
