The service is impeccable in the owner is great. If you need something he can get it usually within just 1 or 2 days if he doesn't have it. I wish every NAPA was like this one.

I meant to leave this review but totally forgot to last summer. I was on an emergency run for a buddy and in the process of bouncing around the rough Missouri and Iowa back road two lane highways one of my exhaust pipes fell off and broke my rear axle brake line on my truck. The guy running the place, Terry, went out of his way to help me flare a brake line and helped me bleed my brakes. This Napa was the old school kind where the guy went out of his way to get me back on the road. The store wasn't the newest or shiniest place, it's a auto parts place not a beauty salon! Do not let the showroom looks detour you from using this if you are traveling along I-29 and find yourself in need of an auto parts store to stop off for your rig, car, tractor or what ever. Wish more places in Omaha understood helping a guy out like Terry does!

Yes he is finally back in business after being flooded with over 12 feet of water in the store. He doesn't have everything back on shelves yet but he'll get it for you. Aind you can't beat the knowledge and help with specialty tools for looking something up to find out what you need there's a big part of the community

Very nice employee! I was driving from St Louis to Omaha and had to use the restroom very badly the man allowed me to use theirs without purchasing anything and was very helpful in giving me directions somewhere else!
