I have recommended many people from NY & NJ here for any of their bathroom or kitchen renovations. Unfortunately, that will no longer be the case. Not only were there several mistakes with the ordering of my new bathrooms, it was impossible to get a call back. I even ended up going to a competitor nearby for a part that was ordered incorrectly, and was told would take weeks to come in. Which is fine, mistakes happen. The worst part is to find out Kris made rude and disrespectful comments to my family members about me. Referring to me as “mommy’s little princess” among other comments. I have worked with the public and customer service for years, and I would NEVER treat anyone with such disrespect. Especially given all the business myself and my family have given this company. I can honestly say I am truly disappointed.
