I was excited to have a company that I could order the supplies that my husband and I need for our milking machine and because I emailed and asked why my order status hadnt changed in 2 business and said that had gotten their money for the items i got a rude email back from Paul Hamby asking for the order number to be able to check into it and I got a 2nd email from him saying that my order was refunded and that now his staff can get caught up on orders and to have a good day.. I ordered the items because I need them not because i wanted to have the money refunded and not have the needed items.. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN... I hope others read reviews and choice wisely when placing orders....

I've been a customer of this company for 20 years. They def fill the need for start up dairy or home supplies for family cow. They are not here to teach. If we are looking into starting our own dairy or even a 'simple' single cow, there is a lot more to it than many people realize. If you don't have the knowledge or someone as mentor, there will be much more to learn than they can answer over the phone. Hamby has always had the products we need and is very reliable to get parts.
