The food at The Strong Kitchen is amazing! Everything is well seasoned and fresh. I had plateaued in losing weight and nothing was working. I decided to try The Strong Kitchen after googling local meal prep places. After a couple weeks of eating the meals 5 days a week for lunch and dinner, I have lost almost 6 pounds. Definitely try it, you won’t be sorry!
I’ve tried many different food delivery services, some already prepared and some you have to cook. They all had the same issue for me, which is low quality food, small portions, and strong seasoning that overpowered the whole meal. I work in fitness so I’m used to meal prep and know what healthy clean food tastes like, and Strong Kitchen nailed it. High quality, perfectly cooked and seasoned perfectly and does not bleed into the other parts of the meal. Also super affordable. Just do yourself a favor and let them take care of your meals so you can focus on the workouts.
The strong kitchen is hands down one of the best prepared meal services I’ve ever used. They are so knowledgeable about healthy food options and balancing that with flavor. I love supporting our local small businesses . Their meals are super easy to bring to work or make in a quick moment . I’ve been using strong kitchen for almost a year now and I’m still impressed.
Luke and The Strong Kitchen provide delicious food that makes my life easier and healthier! I really appreciate knowing the nutritional value of what I'm eating. The Strong Kitchen food is delicious & more importantly healthy. I don’t know how Luke does it, but the food taste incredible. Gourmet meals. Nothing taste microwaved or soggy. Even the potatoes are crunchy. The convenience of having these meals ready to eat helps me to eat healthy. I was able to lose weight with the help of Strong Kitchen. Each dish is portioned out which helps to not overeat. And the serving size is perfect. By the way his lasagna & ziti are incredible. Ohhh & you can freeze them & they still taste great.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Not only is the food fresh, healthy, affordable, and genuinely delicious, but the professionalism of the staff and service is off the charts. Ordering and pickups/delivery work perfectly every time, and inquiries are answered promptly and thoughtfully. I am so impressed with this business!
Consistently well prepared and yummy. The breakfast burritos are a staple in our house and the peanut butter and the protein bites and....I could go on. Great value, great food, easy no fuss delivery. Thank you SK!!
