My husband and I purchased a model home built by Swanson Homes. We didn’t have the experience of going through the entire building process with them, however, our experience with them was 5 stars. Not only did they build a beautiful home with great detail, they were great to work with. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. We would highly recommend them for building your next home!

Blake went above and beyond to help me with some questions that I had regarding a particular house that they built. He helped me even though he knew I was not going to utilize them as a builder due to the fact that we are outside of their building area. I would highly recommend them for this simple fact alone as well as their homes are beautiful..

I did not have the experience of building with Swanson, but I did purchase one of their model homes and it was top quality. The finishes were high end, and the finishing touches were impeccable. They were extremely prompt and accommodating with any issues for the first year (and after) of owning the home and even helped me find contractors for small jobs that I wanted done to update the home further since I wasn't part of the selection process. I am now building a new home in another state and really wish I could use Swanson homes - they have the custom home down. I am trying to recreate my old home, and Swanson has been helping me cross country to find the suppliers! If you want a high end home, use a high end builder like Swanson. I am learning the hard way that other builders cannot reproduce the Swanson quality.
