Excellent Customer Service. Gentleman at the front desk was able to answer and deal with my " problem' questions. The gentleman that came out to the house, fixed our propane tank and made sure everything was working was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I are very thankful for the respect shown to us by both these men. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Let me just say, I am very lenient on services. This service has been awful! Two emails were given. No email received. So I called again asking for a manager . Elizabeth would still not give the manager stating her assistant must have entered the wrong email in. Then we went over the emails given, both emails were entered wrong. Once I went over the emails entered letter by letter she entered both of them wrong. Our propane is still not filled and we have a 15 month old. She states she needs other information and a 90.00 for an inspection yet we have been customers for 5 years. I wish any new customers the best of luck.

I would not even give them one star. They are making a lot of money on propane these days. It is hard to understand how prices go up at CHS when the commodity price listed by state of Mi or federal government is going down. Well above current market rates for Propane and they just continue to repeat the same thing over and over if you try to ask questions why. Really disappointed they do this to our community and will be switching.
Very Poor Quality Service. When I tried to cancel my service it was a nightmare. The guy who attended my phone call wasn't even able to speak proper English, he tried to speak Spanish. I would not recommend this company.
