Crab cakes were good but not the best I've had.
It was excessively hot inside.. when we did leave after our meal, it was actually cooler outside, so be forewarned for that! The wait was pretty long.. I'd guess that's normal for this place as it always looks busy whenever I drive past. It was also a lot more expensive than anticipated. With these negatives out of the way, you do get a lot of food, it's really tasty, & the staff is nice/friendly. After splitting the crab dip between the 2 of us, we wished that was all we'd ordered because we were both already full! The dip was really good, the chips would've had a great flavor, but they were way too salty for both of us. My friend got the fried shrimp with potato salad & loved all of it. I got the shrimp sampler & while all of it was very good, the coconut shrimp were definitely the best. If I go back, I'll only order them! The only reason we may not return anytime soon is the cost - 75 for dinner for 2 people is just a bit more than we typically prefer spend.
