Ann Marie and Marilyn are the sweetest women! They make each visit pleasant and reassuring that everything is going to be okay. They were greeted with an incredibly rude and grumpy man and handled them with the most professionalism I’ve ever seen. The PA was so good with my daughter as well. She kept us all calm. Thank you for always taking such good care of us!
Unsanitary. Not a actual Doctor on staff. No hand washing or gloves used. Touches everything coming in from another sick patient and no hand cleaning. Zero confidence in getting correct diagnosis. Wanted to leave but too late into process. Although very nice, (staff were good people, polite and friendly) seems like there are no procedures in place and anyone can walk in randomly and get involved with visit. Had to stop a test. Receptionist (??) gave test. I have had this test done multiple times and it was never this uncomfortable, repetitive and intrusive. Made me feel bad stopping test but I think sticking a long stick up my nose 10-12 times is enough to get good reading. In short, nice staff but did not have confidence in getting proper treatment or diagnosis.. here is the question, if they were not busy, why wouldn’t the nurse due the test? I can only say the stick went deep up and down my nose like 10-15 times like it was a game. Still upset about it...
Ive been to this location 3x in the past 2 weeks. I initially came to the place because their physicals were cheaper than the other ones nearby. I checked the reviews and was dismayed about the reviews on the staff. But because I wanted to save money, i came here anyway. I was pleasantly surprised as the staff were very polite and accommodating even though I came close to closing. Everyone was friendly. My next 2 visit were also great. Im very glad I came to them
Won't go back. Not really Doctors - nurse practitioners. Never the same person. Various levels of competency, generally low.
