One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. Ordered an awning for over my front door in March. I was having a celebration party at my house at the end of June. I figured I was getting a good head start. Beverly Awning told me it would be 2-3 weeks. After a month went by, I started calling them but to no avail. I'd stop by their business to get information about my awning. They lied to me over and over and over. There is more to the story but I'll end it here. My.awning was installed FOUR DAYS before my party! Total frustration!

We were told that this was a really good company. I have yet to see it. When we purchased our home we were given information that the previous owner utilized bi-annually for the awnings on the home. They took forever and I mean at least 4-6 weeks to pick up awnings. They rarely answer the phone. If you’re able to catch someone answering the phone you get the best limited information ever and even then it will be weeks before you see someone. Our awnings we’re finally delivered to be installed about 2 weeks ago and they had not been cleaned or stored properly. So much so that the wonderful sons that were helping their father forgot one of our larger awnings. We were assured that the owner would be bringing the awning before they finished. Here it is 2 weeks later no awning on the front of our home, no returned calls. No one answering the phone and yes....you Have been paid for your service, yet we still are missing our awning.
My awnings were returned to us with many holes after being stored the for the winter. When it was picked up in the fall, there were no holes. The company insists the new rips are from the rope but it is obvious it's not just at the sight of the rope. Last year the awnings came back all dirty and mildewy. Used to be a great company. No problems for the first 20 years. Last few years have been bad so I'll be finding a new company. They have refused to do anything about it.
Excellent company. Prompt, thorough, reasonable, friendly, and professional. The work was excellent. I highly recommend them.
