Helped my neighbor drop off her motor home here. Nicest storage facility I've ever seen! Lots of immaculate indoor storage space in several large modern buildings.

Not what it use to be. Had an appointment but nobody was there. Drove 35 miles. I drove with a friend so he could drop off his car after he called. The day before he made an appointment over the phone. I was to be his ride back home to Lisle Illinois When we arrived there was nobody there. The old owner said the new owner only comes in once in a while. We tried calling but of course only got a voice mail. We found out the phone transfers to Las vegas. HERRMANN storage use to be a professional dependable business. My confidence in this place HAS gone away. THEY ARE FIRED AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM. Excuses are their new specialty.

Tried calling on several occasions regarding vehicle storage, and was told they would forward the call to the vehicle storage specialist who can further explain the vehicle storage. But every time the phone was forwarded to would never pick up the phone, nor get back to me & my voicemails. There is minimum communication with this company and they clearly don’t want business. Take your business elsewhere don’t waste your time.
