Would not honor an oil-change coupon I received from the Mopar App, in which I had selected their location in the app (coupon was valid). I also had a receipt from the last time in which they had honored it and said they still will not honor the coupon I had presented. Thank goodness I didn’t buy the 100 package for 3 oil changes or I’d be losing out. This was the second straw for me. The first time was when they serviced my brand new truck and had oil all on the steering wheel from being serviced. I was willing to let that slide at the time, but this was the second issue I had run into consecutively. This is the only Ram dealer near me and I will opt to drive elsewhere to do business. Not happy at all.

This was simply the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mili, my sales associate, is a class act all the way. He searched as far within the region as he could to find the car I wanted and performed a dealer trade to get the deal done. He did not pull any punches, what he said the price and payment were going to be, it was. There were no surprises at all. If anything changed, he was up front and honest. Nothing was hidden. These guys are professional in every sense of the word. I know where I will be buying my cars from now on! Thank you guys!!

12/02/19 brought my car in for transmission, finally fixed 2/14/20. They had my car for months and put on my carfax report that my oil change is overdue. Paid about 20,000 and they can't give me a 30 oil change.
