They’re extremely nice people with a large variety of homes to look at. All of the staff is very knowledgeable on the product and what features and add ons you can get. They don’t follow or hound you while you look at the homes. They ask what you’re looking for and recommend what houses to check out, but also to feel free to see them all. They also follow up quickly when you call or email with questions. Definitely a huge step up from the other Clayton in Wilmington, they’re rude and follow you everywhere like you’re stealing something.
They seemed happy to be at this job, that makes the difference. Knowledgeable and very friendly.
