We got married here just last month, and had such a wonderful day! We planned for the entire year and with COVID, staff were able to accommodate us in every way possible! Karlee and our banquet coordinator were absolutely amazing, and she definitely made it all possible for us to have a stunning wedding! Up until the last second, she made sure we had a smooth sailing night!! We were lucky enough to also have our wedding after the AMAZING renovations (I had heard they were renovating after we booked with them and I was SO EXCITED-it beat our expectations ten-fold!) We also got lucky enough to use both halls due to social distancing-and I got to have my first dance under that chandelier we had our eyes on-honestly couldn’t have had a better wedding experience!!

This wedding venue is exceptional. The coordinators are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This venue offers all-inclusive packages which makes wedding planning a breeze! Love this place and highly recommend it to any bride!

The location is beautiful! My biggest issue here was with the food. My husband and I went for the food tasting and we're very satisfied with the fillet mignon being cooked medium. Although we were not given an option for the meat to be cooked medium well I felt at the sample we received would work out. Unfortunately the night of the wedding my guests received their steaks more rare than medium. I was told by many guests that it was raw, no where near what they would eat. My second issue was with the reservation at the hotel. When we arrived they could not find us in the system. We tried calling from the hotel and there was no answer. So we ended up driving back to the venue to reach someone because we knew they were prepping for their next wedding. They quickly resolved that issue with a phone call. Besides that they were very responsive during the planning process and prices were very reasonable.

I would absolutely looks elsewhere if you are looking for a wedding venue to plan a day that’s this important. My fiancé and I began our contract September 1st and everyone was very nice in the beginning. Our wedding date was scheduled for December 31st of 2020 and everything leading up to the wedding would take place in the summer. Our tasting was scheduled to happen April of 2020 and with the shutdowns covid caused you can guess it got cancelled. From there it began to go downhill with the staff. We never got responses from them sometimes it would take 3 weeks to get an email reply from our phone calls, never answering our questions. They never reached out to reschedule our tasting and we held out because when you sign the contract with them none of your payments made are refundable.....nothing any time you make a payment consider that gone forever, no matter the situation. They say they can accommodate your guest size but that’s splitting up your guests into two separate ballrooms for social distancing, because they’d rather keep your money and give you an even more stressful day than it already is. Our wedding was scheduled for December so it has no option but to be inside so the ceremony couldn’t take place for capacity issues. They will fight you tooth and nail to keep any payments made they have no empathy for the situation or that they’re keeping people’s money without having to do anything but print out a contract and watch you sign it. They offered a postponement but never gave a timeline of how long out it would be, considering we had to set ours a year back I imagine it would be even longer for a postponement. You’ve been warned pay at your own risk! Just know that no matter what happens, even uncontrollable acts of nature, payments made to this business are one way deposits.
