Horrible customer service. Came to inquire about servicing my bike, while asking him to look at it a lady walked up and I was immediately dismissed. When I asked why she was put ahead of me I was rudely told that paying customers come first. He hadn’t even looked at my bike yet. Privileged? Did he think I wanted free service? Only in Long Island!
