Captain D's always have good service and hot fresh food. It's clear that safety is their number one concern as the dining room remains closed. They do a great job at keeping the drive thru line moving and would pull you up to serve the next car. The fries were nice and hot but not that crispy. The fish was crunchy and the hush puppies were good. I usually go for the coleslaw as my side dish and it's very good.

I wish I could give them no stars. This is the worst experience I've ever had in fast food ordering history. In regards to the customer service. I'll give them about three stars it was just satisfactory it wasn't a wow factor they didn't go out of their way to accommodate me just regular everyday customer service. In regards to the food I ordered the supreme sampler not too pricey at 8.99 and I also added fried green tomatoes. When I open the box the food was warm it wasn't fresh out of the oven hot. I also asked for fried okra which is one of the sides and they up charge me 0.49 for that. Everything on the plate except for the hush puppies some pieces of the fish and the green tomatoes was stale and inedible. I'm going to call management tomorrow to try to get my money back because I have a shift to work tonight which is why I was just trying to get fast food eat something early and go back to work but this experience has turned me so far off from Captain D's I don't even want to see one ever again in life. Just a heads up don't go to the Captain D's on Tara boulevard by the Walmart. They have extremely poor food quality
The food was very tasty and crispy. The staff is very kind and punctual. Their drive thru is pretty fast, they get my food ready in no time.

This was my place to eat, but now something has happened the last few times that makes me question if they're on their way out!. These fries had so much salt on them, that it completely ruined my meal. It even hit my hushpuppies too! It almost seems as if the salt was shaken on after the fries were placed in the box. .....UPDATE.... 1/17/2020 This place is going down fast if they don't get it back like it used to be! WHAT HAPPENED CAPTAIN? First salty fries, now soggy fish that's been sitting! It used to be made to order!.
