Called to check on a part that I needed for my pellet stove. They were very nice and only had 1 in stock. I told them I'd be there in about a half hr to pick it up.

Had them completely go through the stove and change combustion motor on Monday. Turned stove on today and very strong smell of smoke in the whole house now strong enough to make eyes water. Was just told 1 week before someone can come back and look at it. Not a happy customer at this point.
