Worked for them for about a year, and everything was fine. My supervisor that hired me went out of town, I continued to work my tail off and they started disrespecting me and yanking stuff out of my hands, threatening me, and writing me up for over lies. I started to dislike the fact that I worked here. They do great work, but there is a lot of employee favoritism. I wouldn't recommend working here as a Laborer or an Operator because, you wont ever get an opportunity to shine and show what you can do, unless you made it being here for like 5 plus years. I'm disgusted with this company right now. I got fired because one of their operators tried to fight me after yanking a grade stake out of my hand and I was defending myself from being attacked. None of that is worth it, I'll gladly go find a job somewhere else.
