The man that runs this building, at least the one that was present at our event, was rude and condescending. Upon our arrival, the building was not cleaned from previous event and we had to work around someone trying to clean up as we set up. THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE! You NEVER know who you have in your company and after this experience, I WILL NEVER use this space for any personal or business reasons, considering I host events often. If you are not going to allow people to use certain spaces and equipment, it should specifically state that in a contract; not make-up stuff the day of the event. I’m NOT buying this health department story that’s been told either! Long story short, non-profits should be more humble with their interactions with people. It can make or break your organization. In this case, HE DEFINITELY BROKE any further opportunities for me to use this space again!

Never will we use this place again! Lack of communication, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and not at all in the bathroom, the man running th building didn't put enough tables out and gave pushback when we asked for more tables
