Alison spent over an hour on the phone with me on a Sunday afternoon listening, explaining and educating me on the subject so I could make a much more informed decision. Superb customer service and excellent pricing. Talking to their product selection experts was a one stop shop for finding a solution for my needs. The ability to go to the show room and try these chairs out myself made all the difference. I was skeptical that an investment into a high quality massage chair would relieve the pain I had suffered for nearly two decades. What a difference! The price was right and the service proved exceptional.
I visited the Massage Wellness Store a couple of weeks ago. Alison spent a lot of time with me and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried out the Luraco I 7. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders , working on a computer at a desk all week doesn’t help. The 3D feature was amazing, it found knots in my shoulder blades that I didn’t even know where there. I experienced so much relief and it lasted through the week. This chair was wonderful. I loved the 3D action, the warming feature and the gentle vibration, so relaxing and therapeutic. Definitely worth the trip!
Best buying experience I have ever had. Was looking for massage chair and was totally overwhelmed. Found Alyson’s website. Called her on a Sunday afternoon and arrived at her store about 5:30. She has at least 10 different chairs on display. By 8 I made my choice. During that time Alyson spent the entire time with me pointing out the different features in each chair I tried. I tried about 5. But she would not recommend one over the other repeating that the choice of a chair is an individual choice. Finally I made my choice. My chair was delivered to Maine in less than 2 weeks. I love it. And her price was several thousand less than other sellers. I ended up choosing the Osaka Maestro. Thank you again Alyson for a great buying experience.
One of the best customer service I have received. Alison is wonderful and the chair was delivered and setup as promised (white glove service is the way to go) is just what we needed. Highly recommended. Update: A follow up promise to help move was not kept and further emails ignored. Maybe 4.5 now ? and try other stores for future needs.
