Wonderful to see turtles on logs, dragonflies in colors of green and blue, and even cranes at times. The wooden pathways are kept nice, and old boards are replaced. The picnic areas are kept clean. We love to hear the sounds of water flowing , birds chirping and frogs croaking. The lush greenery and fascinating bugs with informational signs along the trails makes this place not just a get a great local getaway but also an educational experience for the whole family.

This place is a natural beautiful preservation of wildlife. I visited in the fall and the views were gorgeous. All of the leaves changing colors, the fog rising from the waters and the sounds of birds chirping and frogs croaking is an experience you don't want to miss. It's a nature walk and the information that is provided is very informative. It teaches us that everything we do has an effect on all walks of life, and whether we realize it or not we control the outcome of not just our own lives but the survival and existence of plants and animals too.

It's a wonderful trail to go down to. I saw a deer and he was just staring at us like \ummmmm...What's going on here... This is awkward\.... It was very fun to go to .

What a lovely gem! This place is wonderful for kids, families, students, senior citizens, and anyone looking for a quiet hike through nature. There are no hard climbs or strenuous parts. You will see lots of animals and at least hear tons of animal noises. I have been twice but have not visited the nature center. The trails are short but you feel like they are just enough.
