I had Kenny come out and look at my walkway to my front door the concrete had dropped about two inches and I was worried every time someone came to my house they would trip and get hurt bad! Kenny fixed this to perfection while I was at work. he also power washed a orange ugly rusty stain off my driveway, that came from a slab leak I had and he ran a drain pipe under my walkway so the water would not come out by my foundation! Everything was done to perfection clean, neat and I could not be any happier! The concrete was moved perfectly level like magic! You would never know it had been fixed, like it never was there! This company is the one to choose if you want it done right!!! Excellent job Kenny!!!! Thank you!!! You are the Man for the Job!!!!

I had RamJack do some work for me to stabilize the foundation on a house that we were selling. I got estimates from several different companies in our area. RamJack got the job because they were able to complete the work in our time-frame, their cost was very reasonable and they were excellent at communicating with me during every aspect of the job. They actually saved us several thousand dollars because they were able to explain (so I understood) what part of the job was 'required' & what was 'suggested'. They are honest and up-front about their work. They make it happen quickly, by getting all the necessary permits and seeing the project through to the end. I would highly recommend this company & will use them any time I need this type of work.
Kenny and his crew took care of my small project of raising my settling front porch and repairing the brick steps. Kenny was very quick to provide me a quote/proposal and completed the work within a day of me signing the contract. I highly recommend Ram Jack over any of the less personable big businesses!
RAM JACK placed five helical piers to move my 35 foot chimney back into place and support the foundation that had cracked in three locations. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. The RAM JACK family are great and experts in their field and Louis, the onsite supervisor, is very good!
Wow. This company is terrible. Customer service is not listed among the services that they provide for a reason. On Monday morning I called this company after reading that they provide chimney repairs on their website. I speak with a lady who failed to identify the company when she answered the phone, so I had to ask if I was calling the right place. We end up having a pleasant conversation. I told her what is happening with my chimney and she said that they could help with that, but she would need to talk with someone else before she could schedule me for a free consultation. A WEEK LATER, I get a call from some guy who asks for me by name. I say \This is she.\ And he says, \Well you called me!\ I had no idea who this guys was or what he wanted, but then he says \I'm from Ramjack Foundation Repair.\ It had been a week! I honestly still didn't know what this guy was talking about, because it had been so long. But he jogged my memory, so I start to tell him what is going on with the chimney and he hangs up in my face while I am in mid sentence. So I waited a few minutes thinking maybe his phone got cut off, then he will call back. I had to call him back. And when I ask him what happened, he decides to blame it on my phone. So again I overlook questionable behavior and continue to tell him about the chimney. He then says that he CAN'T help because he does foundation repairs. I say your website says that you also do chimney repair. His reply \We don't do your kind of chimney repair.\ As if I had some funky kind of chimney that was made out of hogshead cheese. That is when I really did hang up. Save your time and your money. Go with a different company that will help when you need it. And if anyone knows of a good company that fixes chimneys leave a reply. I have cash and am willing to pay!!!!
