Well this was the year to decide to enjoy our backyard and get a pool, Terrell’s Pool came recommended from a friend that had gotten one from them . They sell, finance and install!! Process for ordering and getting financed was quick , we did have some communication hiccups about install date , due to COVID-19 delays and weather. But it was all worth it when this Family owned and operated company (even installation) was completed . They graded my sloped backyard in the morning and the team of sons (most polite and hard working young men) came in the evening and put the pool up and started filling and was done in 4 hours a 27’x 52 round. If your in the market for a pool above ground or in ground or even a hot tub please go visit Terrell’s Pool you won’t regret it!

Thanks to Terrell I have a lovely pool! He came to my rescue when the previous pool contractor messed up the build. Terrell answered every phone call, every text, every question with patience. Would definitely recommend! Thank you to everyone at Terrells Pools & Spas who worked to make this happen for me and my family.
Hard to get in contact with after the job is done.
We worked with Bill Bailey throughout the process of ordering & installing a new liner. He was very attentive and wonderful to work with. We had a little \hicup\ on the liner lock and within a week of mentioning it, we had a whole new liner lock installed and it looks great now! If it weren't for that, I would have given them 5 stars. Highly recommend!
