This is possibly the worst travel agency ever. My father in laws flight got cancelled due to current pandemic situation and knowing the fact they have refused to return the money. They have no shame of stealing people’s money. I bet, you will loose your business one day cause of your disgusting customer service and dishonesty. What a Rip off company. I would never recommend this travel company to anyone.

Poor customer service! They really seem off the game. Once you pay the bill,they do not even answer phones if you call for any query. Lack of proffessionalism. Goodluck getting your money back. Even if the airline does refund they wont!! I would have given them 0 star if there was an option for that.
