It is rare that you encounter such a quality business. I have used their services twice, once for my dog and then for my rabbit. Both times I have been beyond impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and especially the pricing. Also, I casually referred a person to them and when I made an appointment 3-months later I was surprised to see a 25 referral credit on my account. I didn’t even have to call to verify the referral! I won’t take my animals anywhere else!

We took our 8 month old puppy to get neutered and everyone at Hancock was so good to him, and us. The appointment set-up was effortless, we dropped him off the next morning. They called after the surgery was over to tell us how he did, and then the doctor met with us when we get to pick him up after work to explain home care and answer any questions we had. Top notch experience from start to finish, and affordable care too. We will take our female puppy for her spay next, and trust they will love on her just as well.
Hancock has taken care of our pets for years through illness, injury, surgery, and routine care. They always do a wonderful job, treat our pets with love and kindness, explain everything well, and the prices are great. I appreciate not being pressured to buy goods or services we don’t need. They’re great to explain all the available treatment options so you can decide for yourself.
Dr. Bird is the best! He is very down to earth and honest. He does whatever it takes to get your pet feeling better.
Very responsive when I have questions about my pets (I have 5!) and very quick to see them when something is urgent. I’m a returning customer of 3 years now. I appreciate the staff and their professionalism very much. They always have good suggestions. Sometimes the front desk can get things confused, but such is life. \u200d️ Overall highly recommend!
