The manager called me today and I appreciate her taking the time to listen. She was the first call I received today because she wanted me to know that my experience is important to her. I appreciate her willingness to make it right. She is going to speak to her team and will be calling me to set up my next appointment. I really really like Pet, the massage therapist and I'm going to give this relationship another chance.

Honestly, they don't even desire 1 star! The manager is rude as hell which explains some of her staff! I went there because I was given a gift certificate for an 80 minutes hot stone massage but was only received a 50 minute massage. I wasn't really impressed with my experience with them but after the receptionist tried to resolve the problem by putting the difference of the gift certificate on a gift card, I thought I give them another chance especially since I could go to a different location. But after thinking about it more, I decided to cancel my membership 3 days before my card would have been charged. No one told me my card would still be charged for another month, if I canceled before I had another massage with them. The only reason I found out was because I tried to use a gift card at another location and I explained to the receptionist why I decided to cancel my membership. To add insult to injury, the gift card didn't work and the manager of Peachtree Corners location claimed I already used the card and was trying to get more money out of them, which is laughable because I hadn't been back since my first massage. I guess they make sure they get your money one way or another, especially since their policy is no refunds. Trust me, this location will not be getting my money. I will get my massage at another location. Worst experience ever at a massage parlor!

The website advertises walkins, and I have come her before and done a walk-in. So I came in today and asked questions about they massages and add ons. The front desk woman wasn’t personable at all! She seemed like she was annoyed I was even there. Very short with her answers, was too busy on her phone. I was looking to spend a good amount, I was looking for someone to sell me on something, I wanted a full experience. Then when I said I wanted a massage now she looked at me crazy like that was unheard of. I will not be returning and if I were you I wouldn’t either. You spend your money for a nice, relaxing, welcoming environment. They didn’t provide that!

This location is the worst and I am now requesting a refund for the 4 services I bought. I purchased them during Black Friday when they had BOGO deal. I’ve been trying to make an appointment since. For starters when I tried to purchase their credit card machine was down. The young girl at the front desk had to call me later and ask me for my CC over the phone. I should have known then that something was sketchy. Yet I still purchased them. Fast forward I went in on the Saturday after calling multiple times that day attempting to make an appointment and no one answered. It was 4pm and according to their hours of operation they were open until 7pm. I show up because I was unsuccessful calling, they were closed. Even though the door read -“ new Covid hours until 7pm. I called through the week still could not make an appointment. I finally called last week and booked a week in advance. My massage and facial was scheduled for today at 2pm. I get a call from the esthetician at 11:22am that my massage therapist called out sick but that she was there ready to do my facial. I asked for the manager and apparently there wasn’t one because she continued to speak to me and says she will pass my message on. Such a ghetto experience and I want all of my money back!!!!! I hung up and have no plans to ever go there or any of their facilities. Just raggedy and ghetto! You get what you pay for. What type of experience did I think I was going to get for 59. Should have known it was too good to be true! I’ll stick to Zeel— at least they show up!
