They did a fantastic job with a sleeping bag zipper repair and were even able to turn it around next-day so that I can use it for an upcoming trip. Definitely my first stop for repairing things moving forward! They also have a lovely inventory of high quality luggage, handbags, shoes, and more which was nice to browse while they examined the sleeping bag.

The consignment room is very expensive for used purses. Disorganised and slow at merchandising consigned goods. I do not know how it will look after remodel, it is old and non friendly.
