Big mistake hiring this clan to put a roof on our house. Only half the job was completed after full payment was made. We paid for gutters and fascia that were not installed on our roof, and the front of the roof was not completed. I bought the crew lunch as a bonus in exchange for scraping some paint off the windows. Neither the front of the roof, the gutters, the fascia, or the paint scraping was ever completed. I literally threw over 9,000 dollars in the trash can. I have since hired a licensed roofer to do the job, he told us that the section of roof this group did complete was done wrong! Now the entire roof has to be replaced. Lesson learned. Do not hire this person to do anything more than yardwork or trash pick up. Joshua Washburn is completely incompetent and has zero integrity. We have hired an attorney to deal with this matter.
