They were so friendly and very helpful. My fist tine at this particular location. I would definitely return to shop. Prices are reasonable, they sale a variety of winter accessories, weatherization and anything for home improvement. Great store and great associates.

Always a good experience. Help if you need it, left alone if you want to browse. I use it as therapy to get away from this hectic life ! Always clean, well stocked, and good value on sale items. As with any small hardware chain, prices can be a tad higher than online or big box, but we should gladly pay a little more for the serenity a locally owned brick and mortar store can provide ! I have been shopping here for 50 years and have never been disappointed ! An example of how every retailer should be operated !

I'm thoroughly disappointed in my True Value experience. I went in about a week ago to buy a board and have it cut to make 3 shelves. They cut the board for me and when I got home all three boards were an inch too long. Mind you, I took a shelf in with me so there would be no confusion. I went in today to have the boards recut to the size I needed. Again taking a shelf in. Again too long, but as a bonus this time, one of my boards has a huge split in it rendering it useless as a shelf. True Value just lost a true customer.
