My experience was a great one. Travis did everything he could to make sure he got me the vehicle that worked for me and that I really enjoyed. He cared about what I liked and didn’t like about a vehicle and by taking the time to do that I got a vehicle I love. He really explained things to me and made sure I understood how to work some of the extra features ( which he didn’t have to, he went above and beyond). The team at Apple was fantastic!! They went above and beyond to get me happy and our deal done. I dealt with not only my salesman Ty but also the sales manager who was great. I was treated with respect and no pressure. I'm prior military and I had other sales and service dept members all make a point to come over and show their support and appreciation. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Apple and as far as I'm concerned they will always have my business.
