Arrowed a buck on Jan 1st, dropped him off in the 24-hr drop-off cooler on Jan 2nd, and got him back processed Jan 11th. This was the first time I had used Austin's and was a bit hesitant after seeing some of the negative reviews. However, I had a great experience and will be coming back in the future. I just got very basic stuff, butterfly'd straps and the special ground mix, and the price was very reasonable. In the pic that's only half the meat I got back, it was so much I had to stow the other half of it in my parent's freezer.

Easy to access, good cuts of meat. A little pricey compared to other processing places, but they seem to do a good enough job to warrant it.
