By far the worst experience. They gave me the wrong vehicle. The vehicle was filthy and stank of weed. I did not even want to keep the vehicle so I turned it in early. They not only offered terrible customer service, but they refused to give any kind of refund or credit for their mistakes. RUN FAR FROM HERE! RENT ELSEWHERE!

You need to do your research on this location and read other reviews before making the decision to rent from these guys. I've rented from other Budget locations and never had an issue, but this is by far the worst rental experience you will ever have. We arrived on a Friday evening in the middle of quarantine expecting to be able to walk right up to our car. Instead, we were greeted by a line nearly out the door of roughly 40 people. The Avis and Budget locations have been combined here, and it leads to misery for everyone. After waiting for an hour and a half I was greeted by a rude and unapologetic employee. No mention of the terrible line, no \upgrade\ for the inconvenience. At the end of the day, I was glad they had a vehicle for me, as many others were being turned away. No other rental location at the terminal had a line. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and rent somewhere else.

Showed up at the rental counter with my prepaid confirmation 10-20. Budget is shut down and has another rental counter manage operations. No big deal, wait 40 minutes to get served. Also not a huge deal, at least I'm not alone with the kids waiting. Get to the counter, ask about potential upgrades. Agree to pay 25/day additional to upgrade our car. Then get told that they can't match the rate, but we can instead get max insurance instead to make the difference. Okay...okay...fine, as long as it's what we agreed to 25/day no problem. Get our invoice...35/day. That's frustrating, but I just don't have the time to worry about the extra 40 and decide I'll just let it go. Get my credit card bill...and they added 160 cleaning fee. I cleaned all the trash from the car. My 3 kids had crumbs on the floor mat, yes it needed to be vacuumed. 160 for a 10 minute vacuum!!! Now we're talking 200 more for 4 days than I agreed. I rent frequently...in fact I have rented at least 4 times in the last 5 months in the middle of COVID. I have had bad experiences, but mostly good ones. Reasonable people help fix those bad issues. This takes the cake though!!! This is by far a relationship ending experience. F--- YOUR BUDGET! that's what it means to rent from BUDGET

The car that I received had an overwhelming scent of cannabis. Eventhough I informed the site of this sickening scent (so that I would not be charged a cleaning fee like Budget had wrongfully charged me in the past), I spent the weekend worried that you might again wrongfully charge me a cleaning fee. I spent my own money trying to eliminate or reduce this very strong odor with the use of sprays and even a fog bomb. Nothing worked. I also spent the weekend worried that if I was pulled over by the police for any reason, I would be arrested becuase of the presence of this very strong odor.
