This company along with Tricia Ann Nolan, is extremely unprofessional! Currently taking them to court for misrepresentation of a real estate company! Didn't put our down payment in an escrow account as state law requires, and was fraudulent with information on a purchase contract! Just won our 1st court hearing in the long long process of sueing this company to return our 45,500 that we invested to purchase a home! Being investigated by the FBI, the attorney generals office and the bbb! Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company!! Run, run as fast as u can, and don't buy any homes on pine street in hanover from them that's falling down for 105,000 or give them your down payments, the realtor cashed our down payment check herself!!! Smh. Wasn't held in escrow for the two years we waitted for them to fix a wall!! Smh and therenthere was interest received from the escrow account as PA penal code 250.11a, 511.2 & 5127 states!! This is a fraudulent company who doesn't keep track of their intellectual property, and what their hired realtors are doing with it!! It's their responsibility to track their realtors actions and business deals, and they have neglected to do so! Tricia Ann Nolan neglected to put our down payment in escrow and signed the back of the check herself putting the money in her pocket! We now have the head ake of sueing them, of course every day they keep our money, according to state law, were supposed to be earning interest, and their supposed to be paying us that interest and they have neglected to do so! They are now trying to illegally evict us, and we now have 10 days to leave an unsafe home! Judge actual words were till the end of October! We've been here over 2 years we now have less than 30 days to vacate a property that I've been paying a down payment on for the last 2 years!!
