Worst rental car company in the plaza, unfortunately. I showed up to pick up my car I had reserved two weeks in advance. I’m a frequent traveler, so I strolled in just like normal. However, they had overbooked their cars and I was told I would have to wait 30-45 minutes for a car. Not only that, but the gentleman at the counter was very rude about it. He didn’t offer an apology, or even explain the situation - he literally just told me to take a seat and he’d call me when a car became available. I went next door to the next company and rented a car instead. Overall, in a building full of rental companies - don’t take your money here! Go elsewhere. I won’t use them again.

Arrived by shuttle-bus the only way you can really get to this location from Baltimore BWI airport. It was early morning and there were 2 Hertz staff I was processed very quickly and without any hassle.
There was so much delay picking up and returning the vehicle. Got charged an extra day on insurance for returning the car \1hr later\ meanwhile my via my contract I was right on time. Pretty much getting penalized for their delay.
Had excellent customer service from Mina, who was left manning the desk for Herz and Dollar alone. He helped me get a car that I had requested and was incredibly patient and accommodating.
I arrived at my hotel after receiving my car and discovered a used Covid Mask in front of the passenger seat. I have reported this twice and no one will respond.
