I had a great experience here shopping for my wedding rings. The salespeople were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the advice they gave was great in relation to finding exactly what I was looking for at the best price possible. (Don't mind my nails - this was right after I picked the bands up!)

I asked if they could repair my 14k gold ring that had a crack on the band. They said yes.. (Hanover Mall Location) 1 week later crack resurfaced, I brought it back they re-repaired it 3 weeks later.. same problem I went back and the owner was repairing. I simply asked what was going on he said my band was too thin in that spot. He told me he just did the repair just to do it; because the only way of fixing it was a new band. I said why didn't you say that when I first dropped it off. I asked for my money back he got moody with me after going back and forth he said he will fix it once more no refund. Well... almost 2 years later the repair held up! Only took 3 trips and asking for a refund for them to fix it the right way. I recently brought my ring to another jewelers they said I have plenty of gold on my band! 2 Star Review! Would've been 4 or 5 stars if the owner didn't get defensive towards a customer over his poor work on the repair

George and his staff will get you the highest quality for the best price. I was shopping for a ring for my fiancé and knew nothing about rings so went out shopping and educating myself. I met plenty of fast talking slick salesmen in my journey. George made me a beautiful top quality ring for a very fair price. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go see him first. He is in it for the long haul and not to just make a killing on one sale. I will go back for any of my jewelry wants, repairs or maintenance no question.
