The only reason I put four stars here is to attract attention of whoever is in charge of this location. I actually canceled my reservation because I read the reviews here and instead chose Alamo for my rental needs, which was a great decision. Nevertheless, these poor reviews will continue to do poor on your business and you need to start doing something about it. Actually I talked to a couple of clerks in the car rental building, and I was told a few very unpleasant things about this company. Hire a new manager or a PR manager.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was discriminated against because I am a black man and I am renting in Baltimore I had just arrived from Los Angeles made a reservation over two weeks before I brought three forms of proof of residence my drivers license my ID card credit card and still was denied a rental and full coverage insurance as well. She slipped up and tried to call my California Issued driver license invalid. Then requested my PASSPORT?! Expect a call from my attorney on your discrimination practices. Please note: According to the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, no business serving the public, even if it's privately owned, can discriminate because of a customer's national origin, religion, color, or race.
I reserved a vehicle but was unable to rent a car because my driver's license had a crack in it. I was told it was invalid as the person at these started to bend it more. The same ID has been everywhere else. I could see of there wasnt a pandemic and getting a a new license was easy. I definitely got a bad vibe from the person. Crazy part is... I went to another desk and didnt have an issue. I rent cars all the time and never had an issue. Definitely not going to try to rent from Nextcar again and do not reccomend.
What a mess. I prepaid for a good rate. Cancelled in time per their policy to get a full refund. (Legit C19 issue.) Getting a credit back to my card was a 2 month angry hassle. I will never use them again.
Jennifer who works at Nextcar BWI is amazing! She checked us in so quick, managed a huge crowd like a troop, and was extremely pleasant through the process. This was not easy considering she was just hired on and worked alone the day before the massive 1 million plus Trump Rally in D.C.
