Dock workers very fast and very helpful. Got door assignment right away. Just make sure you have your tandems slid forward all the. Not much space to maneuver.

Their receiving hours are 8 to 430pm and they have hourly appointments. I know they do not have window appointments. if you dont show up on time to your appointment they move on to the next one as they're a busy company. Be on time, they will work you in, but do respect those that are on time.

Upon arrival I had to wait to be let in, no problem. Once I was finally in and backed into the dock, one of the yard drivers approached me and informed me that they weren't expecting me to be there that early and that I would have to wait until they came back with the paperwork. Mind you, the appointment time was from 0700-1500. I got there at around 1000. They seem to have no regard for the driver's time and just operate as they please with no sense of urgency. They act as if you've inconvenienced them by showing up. Needless to say I'll never book a load with them again.
