Probably the worst jiffy lube you can visit,asked the receptionist to please check my tire pressure and fill them to 33psi,gave me my receipt and it showed that they did but I was watching and they did not,brought my car back in and inflated my rear tires to 58 psi and 60 psi,and pretended to fill my front tires ,also the vacuum guy turned on the vacuum, set it on the floor and walk away,just not what you expect for a 60 plus oil change,I'm so disturbed of the eye to detail that I'm taking my car to another jiffy lube to redo my oil change,its just a funny feeling I have on the actual oil change,skip this location every where else does a much better job

I went in for an uber inspection early morning before they opened up. I give them my keys and few minutes later they pulled in the car, I realized when they checked the horn as the guy was coming in the garage i saw them check the lights. it's a newish well maintained car so I knew everything was gonna be good. I checked my phone for maybe 5 mins and then I saw my car was sitting outside. The guy came back after 20 mins and told me it was 23.50. On the phone it was 19.95 they just looked at it for 2-3 minutes and charged me tax... what tax? Tax to look at my car for 2 minutes? I dont even think there is tax cuz uber doesn't charge tax or other places charge tax. Even if there is tax it would be 6 % or 8% hell even 10%. That would make the total 22 not 23.50. Unless they charging their own made up 18% tax!! Also on the receipt there is no tax mentioned. They guy filled out the inspection sheet in front of my eyes so I already know he didnt check the car at all he just made sure the light works. I am not mad about 3-4 I am upset because these guys are thieves and scammers. Jiffy Lube please dont lie to people. By doing this you are no better than a guy who rob a lady on the street.

I stopped using Jiffy Lube many years ago because the service wasn't great. My experience at this location was actually fantastic. The first guy that greeted me was so kind and honestly respectful, which doesn't happen often. The guy who took my information was real nice as well and just overall friendly. The experience was smooth and easy. I may be changing shops for my oil changes at this point. Being approached with friendliness and being given what seem to be reasonable options goes a long way. The only negative was the long is tiny and they were busy, so I stood the entire time, good news, I don't mind standing.
