My experience with Precision Door Service is that they believe in customer satisfaction. They have professional staff and field technician’s with the knowledge and skills to get the job done right the first time. Our technician (Layne) had an excellent work ethic and ability to thoroughly troubleshoot and make repairs. He explained what was needed as far as the costs of materials, labor, and options. The prices are comparable to other contractors that I've contacted but I believe their pricing reflects their work's quality which I believe is second to none.
I've used these guys twice now for garage door repairs. (Two totally different issues, not to fix their own repair!) I have been happy with how everything turned out, and the technicians have shown up on time and completed the projects when they said they would. They took great care to respect our property, cleaning up everything before they left. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
