I’ve been going to Row and Ride for many months. Every class has been unique and challenging. The instructors are motivating and energetic and always push your limits! I love it here!
Amazing. I’ve only been there 3 times and the staff treats me like I’ve been going for years. So welcoming and not intimidating at all. The classes are great and the instructors are top knotch. Showers are super clean and provide everything you need. Love this place and would recommend to anyone!
Row and Ride is absolutely amazing! I originally signed up strictly for spin but I eventually explored their other classes and they are fantastic. You leave after each class feeling amazing and the instructors (especially Megan) are super motivating and have such high energy!
Love Row & Ride! I passed on my commute everyday and finally looked into it. Having done spin before I had an idea of what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love rowing! All the instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging to just the right level.
