I am currently a customer with Trinity Solar.... The past storm damaged my roof... I have been calling them (3 times) to remove the panels. They have been telling some one will be calling me and It been a week and no one get back to me yet. I will recommend any one to do business with them at any cost any time. If there was Bellow Zero I would give them -1000....

I call this company to have solar panels place on my house, and unfortunately they have the worst customer service ever!!!. I don't need nobody to convince me about solar energy, I' m already convince, I just wanted a company to do the job; so I call them. I did the first call, and what a surprise, the women attending the call was absolutely rude. I told to myself, ok just do it because is the right thing to do. One week later, she calls to say that she was calling to cancel my first visit appointment because my house has shade, and she just hang up. No explanation, no nothing. I understand if my house is not eligible, what I don't understand is why the attitude. Beside I don't see trees under my house, but if that was the case ,I will love to hear about options, such as you could trim or cut some trees, etc. If that is the attitude for capturing a potential client, I cannot imagine how do they handle a complain.
Team arrived on time and worked the entire day, non-stop. Gave words of encouragement throughout the day stating how nice it will be in the end. Took off their shoes when entering our home and left no mess behind. Electrical engineer was thorough and efficient in his explanations and showed expertise.
This is the worst company you could get please don’t consider them. It took a year for these people to install the panels which is on a small to normal sized room on a 1 story house it’s been 6 months and panels don’t even seem to work. I paid my electric bill I usually would with out them PLUS 200 MORE TO THEM they have stolen around 5000 from me with panels that don’t even do nothing and there salesman gave us lies after lies. I’m might cancel the contract soon because I’m tired of loosing money.
Our experience could not have been any better, The sales rep that initially came out for a \sales call\ remained involved with the project all the way up to completion. Even after the installation was complete he remained in contact to ensure we were satisfied even a month after he's \job\ was done. Far too often do sales people sell a job and then vanish. I think our reps name was Troy, and the only reason I don't remember was because I just got a request to write a review and i think we have had solar panels for over a year. I know there are many companies in the solar market now, but I encourage you too go to these guys first. Don't waste your time with anyone else. I wish I had time to write a two page review about the entire experience and how simply amazed my wife and I were. I truly feel that satisfied and I almost never write reviews, certainly not anywhere close to this long. Oh, and we have 5 small children that constantly interrupted our meeting and he never once showed signs of frustration as many other companies had. He was like their Uncle and he just met them. Go Solar, and Go with Trinity!
