Chimney Chap was great at getting our service appointment scheduled quickly. The technician who came, Jon, was very professional, considerate of keeping my house clean as he worked, was fully masked, and extremely knowledgeable about our gas fireplace system. I would absolutely recommend the Chimney Chap and will personally request Jon if we ever need maintenance, servicing, or installation of a fireplace again.

James Seery came to my home Saturday January 9th. My appointment was scheduled for 10AM to 11AM, James arrived earlier and was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He was very neat and clean and after completing the cleaning and inspection, he again reviewed what he did and made some recommendations. Very impressive Office staff-from their knowledge of services and products to the communication and attention to detail. The crew who showed up to complete our 10k chimney restoration was equally impressive and thorough. Showed up when they said they would-with exception to the rain- did what they said they would- and exceeded all of our expectations. They “crossed their T’s and dotted the I’s” and kept us informed every step of the way. Now that we have completed this project (and very happy) we hired The Chimney Chap to install an outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit. Highly recommend.
We just had our gas fireplace serviced by the Chimney Chaps, and we could not be happier with their professional and friendly service. The office staff was easy to deal with and Kris Moran, our technician, was thorough and took extra care to ensure that the fireplace was left in tip-top condition. He also placed a lot of effort in keeping the work area clean. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
