I don’t know what the other reviewer experience with Miss black was but my experience was very good she is kind and professional. she gives you so much information regarding your court cases. I would definitely come to her if you have any questions concerning any of your cases all she wants to do is help and I don’t know her from a can of paint and she was so willing to give me all the info I need witch is waaaaaay more then I can say about any other court clerk I unfortunately Encountered.

Worst experience with a Municipality ever. Melanie Black has no regard for her title as a civil servant is rude and demeaning. In addition that the policies in place create a horrible cycle to trap citizens within the realms of their control. If 0 stars were an option they would still be in the realm of negativity.

They are very rude and disrespectful and have no regard for helping people who are trying to make payments. They have no respect for your time. They don’t do their job fully.
